Helica TPS Stem
The HELICA TPS stem design is based on the principles of a bone sparing procedure and the metaphyseal anchorage of short stems established in human medicine. It fulfills all requirements on a modern implant. The stem implant achieves an immediate primary stability and secures the stable anchorage required for long-lasting osteointegration.
The five stem sizes can be combined with three different flange sizes to fulfill these essential requirements.The specifically developed surgical technique allows seating of the flange completely gap-free on the surface of the femoral neck osteotomy in order to optimise load transfer.
